I really enjoy cooking, just not all of the time... Most of what I cook I adapt to cook for one meal, and then put one in the freezer for a meal later.  This has been a tremendous help to me and my family, instead of making a separate category for freezer meals, I just noted if I had a freezer adaption or not.
