I hate when I taste delicious fruit dip to find out that it has cream cheese sweetened condensed milk, etc. etc. If I am going to eat Fruit Dip, I want it to be somewhat healthy, so I don't feel guilty about eating it. My good friend Heather gave me this recipe and I LOVE it, and so does my picky clan. If you want fruit consumption to go up in your house try this!
1- small package instant vanilla pudding mix (I buy sugar
free fat free)
1- 6 oz. container of frozen (concentrated) orange juicefree fat free)
Fruit for dipping
(strawberries, mangos, grapes, pineapple, etc.)
Mix first three ingredients together. Add a little water to thin out to desired consistency, if needed. (I like mine thick, so I did not need to do this.)
Variation:
Instead of frozen OJ, just use about 6 oz. of orange juice (this way
you may not need to thin the mixture down with water)
This is so delicious, for the big batch you see here, I doubled it!
ENJOY!

Sounds delicious... I'm with you - I don't like looking at the ingredients to find all the ick! Pinned this for safekeeping!
