Spooky Halloween Bunting!

I don't know about you, but I think that Halloween is the most fun holiday to decorate for!  I was so excited when I found this Halloween banner panel from Riley Blake (Riley Blake Costume Clubhouse Banner Panel, to be exact)!  I love a simple project, and this is one simple and fun project!

The Riley Blake Halloween Panel gave no instructions on assembling the banner, so I thought I would share how I put mine together.  But I do not think there is a right or wrong way!

Item's Needed
Rylie Blake Halloween Panel (I bought mine from fabric.com for less than $7)
Fusible fleece
Fabric for the back of the bunting, I just used a scrap I had
Double fold Bias Tape, or make your own, I did
Spray quilt basting
Rotary Cutter, and quilting ruler, it makes the job easier!

Iron your fusible fleece to the back of your banner fabric panel. Using your spray basting, spray the back of the fusible fleece. Carefully place the fabric for the back of the bunting on the back side of the fusible fleece. This will make it so all of your layers are stuck together.

Now using a quilting roller, and a rotary cutter, cut out each individual triangle.

Sew a zig zag stitch around the border of each triangle.  (Sorry, I do not have a better picture of this step!)

Next Lay out your individual triangles.  I decided to make each words its own banner because it is so long. Pin each triangle to the inside of the bias tape. And sew that down good.

Turn the bias tape over and sew the finished edge!

This is sure to be a great addition to your spooky decore!

I like to LINK to these great parties!
