Mix in a LARGE bowl:
2 cups shortening (can substitute one cup
butter, 1 cup
shortening)
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sugar
2 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
Add: 4 eggs
Stir in:
5 cups Flour
3 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Add Chocolate M&M’s (about 2 cups)
Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
This recipe makes a ton! I usually freeze half of the dough, or
give them to friends.
As you can see, this makes a pretty stiff dough.
I love the way they look when they are done, far better than the average peanut butter cookie!

I like to LINK at these great parties!
