Man-catching homemade OREO cookies!

On one of my first dates with my now hubby, I made him these Oreo Cookies.  I don't know if it was these cookies or destiny, but the rest is history!  In all seriousness these cookies are amazing, if you need an impressive delicious cookie, look no further!  This recipe is a tried and true family recipe, in fact they have made it into my Little Black Book of Recipes!

Homemade Oreo Cookies

4 eggs
1 cup margarine
1 rounded TBLS flour
2 packages devils food cake

Cream eggs and margarine.  Add flour and cake mix.  Roll in 1” balls place on ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Filling:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar.

Combine these ingredients and frost cookies.

    I love Oreo cookies and always make them at home (due to kosher problem)
    but we like white chocolate filling
