No Fail {3 Ingredient} Pumpkin Chip Cookies!
One of our favorite fall treats are these delicious pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies, and with only three ingredients, we can make it all season long! These cookies may only have three ingredients, but they definitely do not lack in flavor.
I know, I know I have the CUTEST help ever!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
15 oz can pumpkin
Chocolate Chips (about 1 cup)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, plop on cookie sheet in heaping tablespoons, bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until just firm.
This is a no fail, delicious cookie!

I'll have to try these - we've made the same type of muffins which are a huge hit in our house but never the cookies

ReplyDeleteHey!
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that over at createlive, we're just finishing up a pumpkin recipe series called "The 12 Days of Pumpkins." For the next few days, we'll be hosting a link-up, featuring any recipes involving pumpkin, and will be choosing a good number of these recipes to have their own page (which can include your blog name and URL!) in a pumpkin cookbook! Just thought you might be interested in the additional press or being included in a cookbook - and this is a really great recipe! Find the link up here!
Have a great one :)

ReplyDeleteHi Carlee. These look so big and puffy. Obviously thanks to the cake mix. I'll bet they are delicious too. So glad you are participating at Joy of Desserts. Please remember to link back. (I had problems and had to make linking back a requirement now. :-) Thanks.)

silly question... do you prepare the spice cake mix as directed so in essence there would be 6 ingredients? or does the recipe literally mean just the mix the pumpkin and the chocolate chips? sorry.. they sound really good and I want to try them... but I'd prefer not messing them up!

ReplyDeleteSarah, not a silly question. You do NOT prepare the mix, it is truly only three ingredients, and it turns out remarkably well! This is my favorite 'healthy' cookie!
