Summer Dreamin' Dreamsicle Cookies!

These are the perfect treats to eat while dreaming about summer, and watching the snow melt! My sister Alyssa discovered this recipe in college. You remember the days, little cabinet space, few ingredients, and trying to impress the boys! Well this recipe is impressive! Easy to make, few ingredients, and tastes like summer!

Dreamsicle Cookies
1 package Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix (17.5 oz)
1 cube (1/2 cup) butter (softened)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp McCormick Orange Extract
1 cup white chocolate chip
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
Orange food coloring (I used a little red and yellow to make orange)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Cookie Mix, butter, egg, vanilla, and orange extract, and food coloring. Mix thoroughly. Fold in orange zest and white chocolate chips. Drop dough by scoopfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.

Enjoy! I like to link up to these great parties, come join the fun!
